What is our return policy ? 

We reimburse any order that has been returned to us within 14  days  after you have received your order. You may return or exchange an item until 30 days after you have received your order, but the return will only be eligible for a store credit or an exchange. 


Once our team has inspected your item(s) we will send you a refund notification if the return is eligible for a reimbursement. If your return is eligible for at store credit, we will send you an email with the voucher. 

How to return your order ? 

You simply repack your item in the packaging that was sent to you, or in a packaging of your choice and deposit the return with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that offers delivery with signature, as it is more safe and secure. We do not accept returns that have been sent to pick-up points, they need to be sent directly to FÊTE IMPÉRIALE, 28 Rue du Roi de Sicile, 75004 Paris.


Return fees are at your charge.

How soon will I get the money back on my account or my store credit ? 

Refunds made to a bank account may take up to a few business days, the same goes for PayPal and Amazon Pay. 

Can I return sale items or items purchased with a discount code ? 

Yes of course. Our returns policy is valid for any items purchased on our site. 

Can we refuse an exchange after receiving the item ? 

We accept any items that are unworn; scent free and with no visible signs of wear. The item(s) need to be in their orignal condition in order for the return to be accepted.
